Skills obtained: Management and recovery of lump-sum projects, management of technical teams and sales teams, touch commercial necessary to gain some major projects.

Highlights: A this time Teamlog was a company of engineers with a culture of "good work", sometimes at the expense of business administration (and thus their profitability). Open brought an extra dimension to the client culture.

That you have the most popular and least appreciated: At the time I stayed there for team spirit, the user-friendliness of the trade, the ability of the company to seize market opportunities, opportunities for evolution...

Counsel for the company: At the time, I would have suggested the ability to recruit managers with experience of undertaking more important and capable of driving change market.
