Deloitte

Function: I entered as a consultant junior, and left the business to the rank of senior consultant, in the "compensation and benefits advice" Department.

Assessment: Overall, I shoot a fairly positive assessment of this experience, because I had the impression of progress constantly for 3 years, and I have come across many people (colleagues, managers, clients) quite interesting. Corporate culture does not, however, to the well-being of employees, but rather looking for (more than collective) individual performance. I find that it is an excellent step in a career, especially in the beginning, provided that they do not stay there too long.

Skills developppees: I learned a lot technically of course, but especially on the professional plan: relationship with customers, relationship between collaborators, rigour and permanent quality requirement. It was very rewarding.

Strengths: Deloitte is a company that allows talented employees to flourish, without ever "stagnate" in their duties.

Which I appreciated: I particularly liked 2 things:

-the relationship with my colleagues and managers, and the young and dynamic atmosphere that prevails in the office

-The opportunity to work on the subjects more various, same for juniors
